In this day and age, how blessed are we to have all of the hypnotic Youtube resources that we have? Here are a few of my favorite searches:
Jordan Peterson
Guided Meditations by Joe Dispenza
Michael Sealey
No Mana - a musician, but his music can be incredibly hypnotic in upbeat ways
Pema Chodron
Thich Nhat Hanh
Thomas Merton - a new one I'm adding for myself to do some additional homework on
I've also found that in general, I can find incredibly helpful resources that are becoming increasingly catered to my specific areas of interest, things like depression, ocd/adhd, recovery, Buddhism, Christianity, or just a passion for living life to its fullest.
