When doing a project in college I came across this quote and it really stuck with me. So much of our time today is spent worrying about the future and how we are going to control it. With the fast pace of life when was the last time we sat down and just appreciated being HERE, on this Earth and in this moment? Now I'm not saying throw prior planning out the window or anything, but I think it's important to really just sit down, breathe, and be thankful you can still fill your air with lungs.
