More pre-workout energy needed!

I have taken B vitamins, sports supplements, caffeine, and anything else (short of illegal substances) that touts greater energy levels and/or pumps while working out. I try to lift weights at least four times a week; out of those four days, I may feel really energized and "pumped" only one of them. What do other weightlifters do to "get in the zone?"
